  Initially I posted a positive review but I must take it back. Alex uses shoddy installers for his work and will not supervise installation. Instead of fixing bumps in my floor, he proposed hacks including using roofing material? When questioned, his response was "I work with upscale clients in McClean who don't question or bargain". Now he's refusing to give a receipt for the hardwood we paid for and is resorting to constant foul language. Shame on you Alex. Stay away - this guy is unappreciative of anything but rich clientele whom he loves to milk. I will contact the distributor he works with and Mullican Flooring.
